We offer different shipping and delivery methods depending on the size of the package. We send smaller packages such as accessories and spare parts well-packed by parcel service so that they are delivered to your home quickly and reliably. Shipping for our products is free of charge (except CH).
You can enjoy exclusive service with our full-service package. This booking includes delivery, assembly and training by our experienced service staff. Our forwarding agent will deliver larger packages, securely packed on a pallet. For the delivery date, our logistics partner will contact you personally before the delivery.
Processing and delivery time
Die Bearbeitung der Bestellung dauert in der Regel 1-2 Werktage. Danach wird Ihre Bestellung sofort der Spedition übergeben und in ca. 1- 2 Wochen zugestellt.
Transport flat rates
Applies to products that are not listed under parcel service. Our forwarding partner will arrange a delivery date with you individually. The products are securely packed on a pallet. All transport flat rates are stated as net prices plus VAT. International shipping is based on personal offer.
