Information in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively in line with legal provisions (GDPR, TKG (Telecommunications Act) 2003). In this privacy policy declaration, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing with regard to our website and our company. To this end, we constantly ensure that our IT and infrastructure are state of the art and store your data under lock and key. Your data will be used for compiling quotations and order processing, for sending information and for service and maintenance purposes. This enables us to provide you with fast and rapid processing, even many years after purchasing one of our products.

In addition, we keep you informed about innovations and changes to our products, as well as interesting facts. For this purpose, we store the following data (if available): salutation / name / company name / address / e-mail address / web address / telephone number, fax number / contact person / industry; as well as the following additional data for commercial partners: general information about the company / information on visits / product portfolio.

If you contact us using the form on our website or via e-mail, we will store the data you provide for twelve months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in event of follow-up questions. We shall not disclose this data without your consent.

In addition, we will also store the following data for the purpose of processing the contract: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. The data you provide are necessary for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We are unable to enter into the contract with you without this data. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/dispatch company commissioned by us with the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our obligations under tax law. Furthermore, the following data: name, address, goods purchased, and date of purchase will be stored until the expiry of the product liability. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG as well as Art 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GDPR.

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. At your request, we shall immediately take further steps to correct or erase the data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.

The place of performance for both parties is the registered office of Pelmondo GmbH. The parties to the contract agree that the court with jurisdiction over Wels shall have jurisdiction over all legal disputes arising from this contract in accordance with Section 104 JN (Jurisdictional Standard). All contractual relationships shall be governed by Austrian law, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
